2 year old not sleeping

My son is 2 years old and doesn’t sleep. He is speech delayed and I suspect he has autism and is due to be reffered by his speech and language therapist soon. He is displaying a lot of symptoms of autism. I also have 2 older children, with my daughter being autistic. My son has never been a “good sleeper” but recently his sleep has become so bad.
I have always done the normal routine as he is my third child so we do dinner, wind down, bath, book and bed. No screen time during the day and if it is it’s very limited. He has an early nap but still isn’t sleeping until 2/3am most nights. I’m currently solo parenting and will be for a long time and im so sleep deprived. I know the autism pathway is such a long wait because my daughter was diagnosed after a long time of waiting. I was recommended SCOPE by his speech and language therapist so I’m new to this. Any advice would be really helpful. He just DOESNT get tired and is VERY active during the day.

A warm welcome to the community.
It can be hard when your child struggles to sleep. It not only affects them, but as you said, can affect you as well.
You didn’t say which part of the United Kingdom you are from. Scope has Sleep Right services available if you live in Peterborough or Northamptonshire.
If you do not live in those areas, you could look at our information on helping your disabled child sleep.
You might also be able to access Cerebra's sleep service if you come under their criteria.
I hope this information helps.
Take care
