Hello all, I had a text saying they haven't made a decision yet..when I called them they said it was with the case manager for 2 weeks so far and to call back at the end of July. I made the claim back in February.has this happened to anyone as I'm feeling a bit worried now 😕

That's a standard text and doesn't mean anything other that what it says. Your timescale sounds normal to me as it can take anything up to 6 months for a decision when you first apply.

Once the assessment report is returned a decision can take up to about 12 weeks.
