PIP stopped after renewal

Hi everyone, my pip is due to stop as I’ve gone from 11 points daily, to 4 on daily and 4 on mobility. I’m going to appeal as there is so much information missing on the report, plus errors or just complete lies who knows :(
Anyway, I have noticed underneath each justification for descriptor choice, it states restrictions reported - 3A was advised in the most recent pip report. Checking most recent pip report on list of evidence on front page, they have referred to my 1st pip form and NOT the mandatory reconsideration form / rates / points. I will make sure I add this point that they have referred back to the wrong decision/points, but I wondered why they are not given the MR decision to refer too? Thank you

That will be because they didn’t have information from the MR decision. If they don’t have that information they can’t include it.
If you do need to request the MR I’d advise you not to put too much focus on the assessment report or the decision letter because that isn’t going to get you a PIP award. It’s fine to mention a few obvious errors but then put it to one side and focus on where and why you think you should have scored those points.2 -
Sorry for jumping on this thread, but I’ve done my renewal (sent forms back last October) should I have mentioned on my form that I was awarded PIP only after it went to MR stage? Getting worried now. Thanks.

If I should have mentioned the MR stage, is it too late for me to send it to them?
