tribunal in less than 2 weeks time.

Hi to all,I have my face to face tribunal in less than 2 weeks time.Already I am so anxious about it,I am not eating very much and my sleep is affected too.i know I am not the only one in this boat, but the stress of it all is already making my mental health worse,I have convinced myself I will not win my appeal.
I have sent in alot of evidence of how my mental health affects my daily living,a very detailed letter from my mental health nurse, medication I am taking,on a waiting list now for a year for autism, reports from talking therapy,So I hope that all helps.
I only scored 4 points on my pip assessment and that was only on daily living. My mental health also affects me using public transport, but they scored me 0 on this.
I am just asking if anyone has any help or advice,I do not have anyone to attend with me.as I am quite new to this area, also by means of getting to the court I will be getting a taxi,as buses just freak me out.
Sorry if I have gone on abit, just over thinking and anxious about the day is eating away at me.
Thankyou

Hi @Charlie5.
I'm so sorry that you're so worried about it. I have been in the exact same position as you so I completely understand. I scored 0 for my original application and the mandatory reconsideration despite having mobility and mental health issues. I ended up going to tribunal and I was awarded PIP.
It would be helpful if there was someone who could attend with you but I understand you're new to the area. Is there anyone that could travel over and be there for you?
You haven't 'gone on a bit' at all 😊 It's an extremely stressful time, be kind to yourself.
I'm sure there'll be others here who can also share their experiences.

Hi RacheL-Scope
Thankyou for your kind message.I am happy it turned out well for you.I have not got any relatives in the area as we now both live in one end of the country to the other.I wish I did have someone to attend with me
i will try my best on the day,and will keep you posted.
Thankyou again
