Hi, my name is Radhika!

Hello,
My WCA with CHDA got cancelled.
When I rang them, I was told they have all the information from the GP, and don't need an appointment.and need to contact my Work Coach at UC for further information.
My WC did not know anything and said the Case Manager will get back.
The Case Manager said he did not know and that the Decision Maker will get back.
What does this mean- am I awarded the LCWRA? ..
No one really answers and is transferring me from one to the other.

Hi @Radhika, welcome to the scope community 😊 This does sound rather confusing and it seems like they could communicate with you better but it's possible you're being given a paper assessment. There are some instances where you are automatically awarded LCWRA. Were you given any timescales at all by anyone?
I'll move this over to our Universal Credit category for any followups you have!

No one will know anything until the decision is made. Once the assessment report was returned a decision can tale up to about 12 weeks, although many people have a decision before then. Once it's made a letter will be uploaded onto your journal.
