Hello I’m a bit worried cause I go to this day service but there is a new lady dose the fineness for invoice and bills but seems she’s been sending them to fast one I already paid one in June now I got this July last week and the letters say 14 days and they say I have to pay on 15th July I don’t know want to say or do cause my my money comes in on 19th and it’s making me anxious and worried

    Hi @CWS247Pm, that does sound like it's confusing. I'm sure there is an explanation though. Is there someone at the day service you know a bit better and could talk to? Perhaps they could help talk to the new lady and see if this can be cleared up. Or perhaps call them up if you're able to talk over the phone?

    That is the first step I would take
