Partner not on tenancy

hello there
After some advice.
So in the middle of a 2nd UC review now. Asking again but for partner only this time bank statements past 4 months, sent that in today.
now they asking about housing element.
They want to see the tenancy agreement. And have everyone living here on it. This would mean my landlord having to draft a new tenancy agreement up because my son is not on it (He was 3 years old when I moved into where I am now, 11 years ago, he 14 years old now) and my partner isn’t on it either as I wasn’t with him when I moved in. UC know when he moved in as we claim UC as a joint couple claim. So nothing dodgy. What does my partner tell UC as he can’t provide the tenancy agreement, also he isn’t on any of the bills, I am, as I always have been so he can’t provide a bill either. Obviously both of our money pays the bills but after a disastrous past with abusive ex it’s easier to just have my name on the bill and I am in charge then and know when and what to pay with our money that comes in together under one claim.
advice needed thank you x

As your son is still a dependent child then I wouldn't expect them to be on the tenancy agreement. It doesn't matter that your partner is not on there, you still have a liability to pay rent as a joint claimant. You don't need another tenancy agreement, just explain to them what you explained here.

ok thank you Poppy
I wasn’t up for asking my landlord to draft a new tenancy he already knows my partner is here and UC do. And never had my son on it?! don’t k ow why they continue to keep asking us to do all this stuff! It’s becoming a pain now. As for the bills not all couples are both on them eh i wonder why they need a utility bill ? They say it’s because he’s declared he’s self employed but he had the interview for that. He only does a few hours a week here and there to help a friend out and help his mental health, it’s not every week and certainly not enough to live on plus he has caring duties for me 37+ hours a week I don’t know why they can’t just leave us alone now
