Can I claim if my mail is at a different address to where I live ?

I need to claim esa but my postal address is different to where I live. I can’t have my address where I live used due to a non contact situation with ex partner. So unsure if I would be allowed to claim

The only ESA possible to claim now is New style ESA and for this you need the correct NI contributions from the previous 2 tax years. You can use a care of address to claim any benefits.
