Eurostar - assistance

Afternoon!
First time posting. I've booked assistance for when I travel with the Eurostar this summer but they've said that I can only have 1 person with me. I'm travelling with my husband and 2 kids and don't really want to split us up but also don't feel like I can cope with the normal queue. Has anyone used it before?
Thanks

Hey there @Patrita and welcome to the community.
Ooh, a trip away, how exciting! Ok I've had a look and Eurostar have said;
"If you’re travelling with children, get in touch using this contact form (select Assistance, then Travelling with children) or call us on +44 (0)3432 186 186 (select your language, then option 6) and we’ll make sure you all sit together."So if you let them know, they'll make sure you're all together. I hope this helps. 😊
