Confused re possible changes to WCA
Hi, I'm really confused and concerned. I have been LCWRA since April without an assessment due to medical evidence supplied.
Due to the possible changes to the WCA will this still be the case in 2025 or will this just be for new claimants. My conditions are worse now and I'm suffering incontinence and loss of feeling in some limbs. I'm waiting for the results from an Orthopaedics and falls clinic appointment before telling UC as I'm not a candidate for surgery and want to know my prognosis.
I know you have probably dealt this before so sorry if thats the case.
Many thanks

Hi @lizptsd please try not to worry too much. Those were just ideas of the former government, nothing has been mentioned by the new government.
