Hi my name is Finbar,just wondering whether I can still claim child element for universal credit and child benefit for my 18 year old son who completed his exams in May at college ,he is not working and has received his results.Can I still claim for him upto end of August.

If he's no longer in full time non advanced education and doesn't intend to return in September then you must report the changes and your child element will end at the start of the assessment period in which the course ended.
