Attendance Allowance

Hi
I was refused Attendance Allowance so I asked for a Mandatory Decision. I was sent a letter saying that the outcome stayed the same. Should I appeal at this decision. I have no idea how to appeal this.

I found this, an appeal form. I would definitely go for it, making sure you say why you disagree with their decision (use the decision and MR letters and list what you disagree with) Give as much detail as you can about how your disability affects everyday life etc. Any evidence, hospital letters etc. Hope this helps, and the form is the correct one. It was on citizens advice website.0 -
