a family member who has recently diagnosis with ulcerative collitis. She previous took her theory just before covid . Due to lack of driving test available at she had retake the theory test again.
She recently took the driving test again and unfortunately didn't pass. Her theory test is expiring soon now
Can she appeal due to her medical condition so that she does not have to do the theory test again for 3rd time?

Hi @aleem, I looked into this and I cannot see anyway to extend the theory test certificate. It lasts two years and if it expires then the theory test must be carried out again 😕
