Driving test

hi, just seeing if anyone is aware of any stipulations in doing a driving test in my motability car? Is it insured for this already or do I need to do anything. I can drive it with someone over the age of 21 with their license for 3 years as long as we are both on the insurance. Does this mean that person would have to be in the car with me at the time of the test?
Any help is appreciated,
Thank you

Yes, you can do the test in your own car. No, the person that sits next to you will not have to be in the car during the test because the examiner will be sat next to you.
Doing the test in a mobility car is the same as any other car and there's no extra insurance you need to take out for this.
