Letter of entitlement, so my daughter can get a Young Scot card.
hi, I’m trying to get a letter of entitlement which contains my daughter’s ‘points’? SSS just keep sending me copies (outdated) from a year ago. Am I not asking for the right thing? This is to allow her a Young Scot card with the carers element and also to open a bank account (she’s 16 and I am appointee) HELP PLEASE!! ☹️

Heya @nataliebuchanan and welcome to the community. 😊
I'm afraid I don't know an awful lot about Scottish benefits, so I'm not sure how much help I'd be, but hopefully one of our supersmart community will have the answers for you soon.

It shouldn't be outdated because it should have the date it was printed on it, which means it's in date. The award of the benefit itself of course will be from when it was awarded from.
Confused about the carers element because that's part of Universal Credit, unless she's claiming that in her own right.
