I can not get to speak to anyone in the esa department, my anxiety is through the roof, I have a deadline on the 27th and it needs extending, but I can not speak to anyone, 4 hours I’ve been on hold today, what will happen if I can not get hold of them,

sorry, yes to return the form by, however I have sent the form in just with anything on but worried they may not receive it in time, cause I was panicking

They don't usually give extra time to return the form. If you have a vulnerable marker on your file then they can proceed without the form.

The form will have been returned straight to the Health Assessment Advisory Service, rather than to DWP so hopefully it will arrive quite quickly.

aww thank you for your reply, I have never claimed for anything in my life so I don’t know what I’m doing and now when I could do with a bit of help after being on icu for 25 days total of two months in hospital, I’m now thinking why bother cause you’ll not get it anyway aww we’ll once again thank you for your reply
