Hi @FRANKY2210 - & welcome to the community. This likely means that your disabilities are such that there's a 'vulnerability' marker on your file, so you may not need an assessment & they'll use your UC50 form (your capability for work questionnaire) instead.

Hi @FRANKY2210 and it's a warm welcome from me too. :)
It's good to see Chiarieds has leapt to your assistance here and I don't want to confuse things. I just wanted to stop in and say a quick hello and I hope to see you around on the community. 😁

Yes, @FRANKY2210 - the UC50 form will be the paperwork referred to.

You should keep on supplying fit notes until you get the decision on your Work Capability assessment. This is possibly why it has been referred to a decision maker, as your last one finished on 16 July.

Do you mean you've managed to get a backdated fit note, & it's been accepted?

All you can do is try and it will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision on whether to accept the backdated fit note. Mostly they don't but you never know, they may.
