Esa pw1 form permitted work

in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

hi does anyone know the address to send the pw1 form for permitted work to? It says send back to address on letter but I don’t have no recent letter to find address.

    Hi @libbyh, perhaps you could try giving Jobcentre Plus a ring just to see if they can find the address for you? I think these are handled by a specific ESA team so probably need to go there, but they might know at least where you can send it to. The main number for Jobcentre Plus is: 0800 169 0310

    hi thanks I have tried to ring them 5 times and been on hold every time for a hour to just be cut off

    Hey @libbyh the phone lines are notoriously temperamental. We always suggest calling as soon as the lines open, so you're not stuck in a queue for so long. I hope you can get through to someone soon!

    I went in the job centre and they was very helpful they scanned my form over to ESA, thanks
