I am on a low income and disabled am wondering if I can get a grant for a down stairs toilet underneath my stairs?

Hello @Trishe5, welcome to the community. You could try looking into getting a Disabled Facilities Grant. That can be used to make adaptations to your home, so perhaps a downstairs toilet would come under that if it's for your disability or condition? There are some eligibility criteria, but you can read a bit about it here:

First thing you need to do is refer yourself for a needs assessment from your local Authority.
You can't apply for a DFG without that.
