Hi my name is Suzanne I'm due for pip assessment, waiting on forms last time I was on 5 year review without any assessment, I'm hoping for a 10 year light touch review, hate these reviews so stressful makes me feel unwell 😫 hoping the community will help my anxiety with these reviews.

I completely understand your anxiety. It's awful having to explain yourself. If the way your condition affects you hasn't changed, or has got worse, then hopefully you'll be awarded again without any fuss. I'm sorry the stress makes you feel so unwell. There'll be many people here who can relate to what you're going through and help ease your mind.

I'm so sorry to hear it's getting you so stressed, but I can totally understand, I've just been finished my review after a 3 year award. But please try not to panic too much as it can be a long old wait before it actually happens and even then, it's nothing to stress about too much. The best thing you can do is make sure you fill the forms in as if it's a fresh claim, don't just write "no change" as that can cause issues further down the line. We're all here for support and chats if you need us. 😊
