I sent my pip review form back 3 days ago but due to my online cbt therapist could not get her letter to me on time i now have this and don't know what to do as my form has been sent back

Hi @TweetyPie. You can send the letter separately, it's not a problem at all. Just write your NI number at the top of each page. Pop a note in to say it's supporting evidence for your claim. You can send it to the address you sent your form to 😊
