Pip review - Missed calls, but review complete?

Hi iv been waiting a while for for my review and this Monday I had 2 missed calls from pip, then on Tuesday morning I received a text saying my review is complete! I’m worried coz I didn’t answer calls on Monday that they have ended my pip.

Ps I haven’t also been for another assessment so it just seems abit strange they completed review.

As this happened to anyone else?
