Hi, my name is betty2024! PIP. what are the facts about tribunal agreeing with there descion?

hi ive recentally put a change of curvumstances with pip as my illness became worse. The opposed this and sent it to tribunal what are the facts about tribunal agreeing with there descion or will they refuse u again im 40 yesr old woman had cancer in my groin i suffer with mental health. Its hard time right now

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the DWP. Can I just check you asked for a mandatory reconsideration before this went to tribunal?I know it's easier said than done, but I'd try not to worry too much, tribunals have roughly a 70% success rate currently and I've found them to be worlds apart from the assessments. The tribunal all were warm and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care.
Have you spoken to your GP regarding your issues with your mental health?
