You should try and speak to the disability advisor at your university. They should be able to point you in the right direction for any support.

You could also try looking at https://www.charityexcellence.co.uk/free-uk-laptop-schemes/ .

You may be able to find a charity that could support you with this.

I would definitely say the disability advisor should be your first contact though. You can find any advice at https://www.ucas.com/undergraduate/applying-university/individual-needs/disabled-students .
