I had phone interview 2 weeks ago with compliance team (Job center plus) the first week after the interview the compliance team was asking for my documents, after I sent them she never got back to me , what does it mean?

Usually following compliance interviews the rule is no news is good news, but if you are worried ask them for an update. It can take them much longer than 2 weeks to review the information and evidence provided though.
