True homework jobs do they exist?
Morning all, so I have anxiety and have just read a news report about Starmer saying help will be given for anxiety sufferers to get bsck into work.
This sent me on a complete spiral and I went down the rabbit hole that is the internet searching for a remote job, which was admin only as I can no longer deal with the pressure of answering calls and having time spent on calls measured.
I've worked for big Internet company's in the past , am qualified to train and have trained people. I've also dealt with data etc.
When I became too stressed with my anxiety I have spoken to a work therapist who tried to help me reach a decision in a type of job I could now do. She found no job and suggested I look if and when I feel more able.
Five years on I feel no more able than I did then.
So back to reason for the post I can find no true work from home job even on government website. They advertise as being homebased but reading further they are really not.
Does anyone know of any site or companies who really do offer true home based work? I've checked all major ones.

Heya @Sharebear I think a lot of people are worried about the ambiguity of what's currently being said, so you're not alone! But from what I hear they are wanting to give more support to those who do want to work, rather than forcing people, as that would ultimately be detrimental to everyone.
There are 100% remote jobs out there, I'm thankfully currently doing one. I'd never be able to work in an office due to my anxiety. A lot of jobs do say remote, but then say "2 days in the office per week" which I agree is really cheeky! It's worth checking sites like Indeed for remote work, there's also the very amazing and wonderful support to work scheme run by Scope. So it'd be worth you having a chat with them and see if they could offer some help.
I didn't think I'd ever work again, but I gave myself a push and honestly, it's helped my mental health so much. Hopefully you can find something that'll suit you, but please don't push yourself too hard.

They exist, but a lot are given out internally, I have a family member who works for a very large company who I wont name.
Around 90% of their true working from home are not even advertised externally, most of the rest are skilled/management roles, in terms of unskilled true working from home, there is very few positions external, in addition even though they external they only in specific parts of the country so not available nationally.
Looks like the current government are not going to push for companies to make roles available from home as well given their recent comments on people coming back to the office.

Hi @Sharebear. Like @Albus_Scope, I'm currently doing this job fully remote. I found it on CharityJob. They have a lot of remote jobs advertised on there, hopefully there'll be something that suits you 😊
