Good day,

An universal credit officer visited me in the and I didn't answer ,he tried to call me but i didn t pick up..left me a message but i didn t call back..do you know why or if they will come again?

    Did the message say anything specific @Marius41? The only way we really know why they're trying to contact you is via what they're saying.

    They only call once and that s it,saiing an officer tried to contact me at home,no message in the journal no nothing

    I think it would be best to contact them to find out what it was they wanted to speak to you about. We can only make guesses, but you can get the answer if you call Universal Credit!

    It's advisable to call them as winter is coming and also to confirm if it was really universal not a scam
