I've called pip they said they'll put me through to case manager she said a desicion has been made and to wait for a letter but a friend has told me if handed to case manager it means I'm not awarded anything is this correct

A case manager makes the decision of whether to award you PIP. It does not mean that you haven't been awarded PIP. Please try not to worry, and wait for the letter to come through 😊 Remember you can appeal the decision which is very common for PIP claims.
