Lcw and capability assessment
Hi it's me again I am no better off still waiting for my decision from my capability assessment, nearly 6 months now I phoned them again all I get told is my assessment is getting viewed, but one lady did say it's has dragged on A BIT n did said sorry for the delay I've submitted fit notes since January filled in two UC50 forms! I got told no more fit notes which I am still submitting got told off am not any better off so I phoned last week got to speak to a journal manager think ats what you call them he said yeah no change no more fit notes I don't have to look for work? And hope you don't have long to wait, good luck ats what was say so I just have to wait any help for be grateful

I've looked back at all your threads and there's still some confusion on whether or not the decision has actually been made. What you need to do is find out if that decision has been made because if it hasn't you need to wait. If it has been made then you should have received a letter in the post because you don't have access to a journal.
This is the problem when you don't have a journal, you're relying on the UC helpline and they are not always the most helpful people and their UC knowledge is terrible.
If you don't have any joy then contact your local MP and tell them what happened, hopefully they will contact UC on your behalf.
