Hi im new on here and a bit list !!!!
long story im afraid ilive on my own I claim hosing benefits.pip and pension credit .
my son is living with partner and itโs not working.can he stay with me two night a week without affecting my benefits? ( he works away from home only home Friday Saturday then back to work Sunday evening. Any advice please

Usually it's okay to have visitors, so two nights a week should be alright, but the rules might be a little different if he's intending on using your address as his main home.
Does your son have another main address while he is working?

If the home where his partner lives is his main home then it will not affect your benefits if he stays with you a couple of days a week.
