could someone please explain the point system? And how to answer to be qualified for each points. Thanks.

There's far too much to explain on any internet forum and we could be here a long time doing that. It's much better for you to have a read of this.
I can't tell you exactly how to answer each question for you to score points because I don't know how your conditions affect you. If you kept a copy of the form you returned (you should have) then have a read of that to remind yourself of what you said.
During the assessment please try not to answer each question with just a simple yes or no because they can come to all sorts of conclusions. You need to give as much relevant information as possible.
Some people find it helpful to write some notes before the assessment so you have something to refer to. I personally don't usually do that.
The assessment can last anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes, sometimes longer.
Once the assessment report is written, it will be returned to DWP and form there a decision can take anything up to about 12 weeks.
