    Hi, I was wondering the same thing as st20000 about my first LCWRA payment. I couldn't quite work out what poppy123456 meant, it's all greek to me when it comes to working out how the dwp workout paydates.

    I handed my first fit note in on the 4th of July and got my decision letter on the 30th of August.

    My usual UC date is the 13th of every month.

    If you mean your usual payment date is 13th of every month. Your waiting period will be July/Aug, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 7th Oct to 6th November and first payment will be 13th Nov. No LCWRA element is owed.

    @poppy123456 Thank you. I think I get it now. Fibro fog makes me feel like I'm going insane. Not to mention the sciatica today is so bad. Feel like some days I should just be shipped off to the glue factory 🤦🏼‍♀️
