Sick note

Hi I finally managed to speak to my Gp today about getting a sick note for UC and he has signed me off but said he won’t sign me off all work as doing something is good for my mental health! I am self employed
Do you think UC will still accept that?

Yes, they will accept that fit note. I see you're a carer claiming carers element so you have no work commitments anyway.
