Hi, my name is cats1964! Can I postpone my work focussed interview?

Hi does anyone know what happens if you can not take your work focussed interview phone call. I suffer from anxiety and even the thought of it is making me feel very unwell. They have sent me a work capabilty form to fill in too but just looking at it is very distressing for me. I will get my sister to help me with the form and the Doctor has increased my meds. Is there a way to postpone the appointment until I feel better ?

    Hi @cats1964, welcome to the community. I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious about your interview and it's having an impact on your health, that doesn't sound nice. You could try putting a message on your journal to say that you're unwell and can't attend, they might be able to rearrange it for a later time.

    If they're not able to postpone it, would your sister be able to be there with you as you take the call? Sometimes it can feel more manageable if someone's there to support you.
