I’ve just realised I filled in the form UC50 for my partner, we both have a joint application for UC but in her form instead of putting e.g I can’t do this I’ve worded it she can’t do this this is because I filled it in and not her but she has signed it as she is not able to fill the form due to depression and mental state. Would that be a problem ? Have told him clearly on the last sheet who I am and why I have filled it in
