Pip review after 3 years

hello I won a tribunal in sept 2023 and was awarded back dated from December 2022 til November 2025. Just wondering if it will be a review or have to do a new claim? I read somewhere that when you’re awarded at a tribunal you don’t get a review but have also seen posts and stories of people who have had a review rather than having to do a new claim? Any help would be really appreciated ☺️

It used to be the PIP2 form if awarded by a Tribunal. They would write to you about 14 weeks before the award was due to end and ask if you want to continue then you need to apply again.
Now because of the delays with review decisions mostly they are sending review forms out, which is usually about 8 months before the award is due to end.
Regardless of which form you receive all claims should be treated as a new claim. You should give as much relevant information as possible. As you were awarded by the Tribunal I would also advise you to send a copy of the Tribunal decision, if you have that.
