I sent my 1st doctors note on 5th July 2024, I got my results from dwp work capability assessment on 11th October 2024 and I get paid 18th of every month when will I receive my 1st extra payment?

Your waiting period is July to Oct.. LCWRA element starts from assessment period 12th Oct to 11th Nov and first payment will be 18th Nov. No LCWRA element is owed.

This is assuming there were no gaps in your fit notes until the decision was made.

Please also be aware that if your UC includes Transitional Protection due to managed migration this will erode with the additional LCWRA element so you may not be any better off.

If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn’t have the work allowance, you will be owed some money from that.
