Will CAB help me with UC?

Just to ask in advance as having Autism and dyslexia I know they put CAB helpline numbers on the letter, will they help you go through everything and help you with any difficulties as well

Citizens Advice have a dedicated helpline and they will help you and guide you through the whole process.

I agree, it's amazing that the choice is there for those that want it. This just goes to show how different we all are.
I don't claim UC myself yet but I manage my daughter's claim and find it very easy with the journal access. Not that I've needed to contact anyone since I reported housing costs in January this year. I very often forget to check her monthly statements too but then her money is never any different and her rent is paid directly to our LL.
There are also some people that just can't use the phone at all so a journal is perfect for them. My daughter is one of those but then again, she's never even see her journal, I've asked if she wants to look and she just "shrugs" and says no thanks.
