Assessment may 2023
Jun 23 refusal
August MR accepted
October 23 submitted my appeal
Fast forward July 24
Won appeal massively
2 weeks later phonecall asking bank details
And am I ok with lump sum
August court confirmed they've asked for statement of reasons
Mid October still waiting
Any Help or advice gratefully received

Hi there @lifetough23 thanks for sharing your journey. If the DWP have asked for a statement of reasons, they usually have a month to reply. Have you called the DWP to ask for an update?

Yeah they've said ring the tribunal service and they've said it's still with the judge - just wanted to know what timescales anyone has experienced x

This doesn't happen very often. I do know that the judge doesn't just have 1 month. They have as long as it takes to write the SOR and ROP, which they usually do in their own spare time. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer.
