UC50 is a form to fill in for a Work Capability Assessment. I'm not sure that's what you meant?
Do you have LCWRA showing on your UC statements?

Have you been through the work capability assessment? If so what was the decision on that?

I have limited capability of work , and a small ill pension .

If thatβs Limited Capability for work (LCW) then yes you will have a work coach.
If itβs Limited Capability for work related activity (LCWRA)then you will not have a work coach.2 -

Hi @liliana, from that screenshot it says you have LCWRA so you won't have to look for work or have a work coach. I'm not entirely sure but maybe the appointment with the work coach was made before the decision to award you LWCRA?

Ooo no, I received the award in June 2023, the revisions came like an avalanche this year and from July every month I was called as if I had applied for the first time for UCredit and LCRW

Oh wow @liliana, I'm not sure what's happening there then. I'm sure one of our more experienced members can shed some light on it π

As you have LCWRA then you have no commitments, which means not appointments, no phone calls, nothing. If you're receiving phone calls every month then you need to tell them that you have LCWRA and shouldn't be having phone calls.

Thank you

Maybe because I have a small ill pension ?

No, it will not be because of that. Your pension should be deducted in full from any UC entitlement but it's nothing to do with any work coach.
