DWP assessment call
Hi
I suffer from mental health issues anxiety the DWP are ringing me on Friday for my assessment I can't answer the phone I suffer so bad it's been making me ill with the upcoming call, is there any other way I can do it? The job centre accepts me speaking to them in my journal as it has a massive affect on me via phone and face to face.
Thank you

Unfortunately, assessments are usually carried out face-to-face, by telephone, or by video. In some circumstances, a written assessment may be carried out, but this is rare and only if they believe they have enough information from your initial forms. Do you have someone who could be with you when you take the call?
