Recieved PA4 report

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA

Hi newbie here 👋 I've recently received my assessors report and they've reccomend standard daily and enhanced mobility, i noticed it says on activity 12 that it agrees with the HOC does that mean a decision maker will not change that? I'm an anxious mess waiting for the outcome 😫

    Hey @kellou88, welcome to the community 😊

    Decision makers often go with the report, though it is not guaranteed. If you disagree with the report I would wait until you do get the decision to see if it does follow exactly what the report recommends. If you disagree with it you of course do have the option of appealing with a Mandatory Reconsideration.     Good evening thank you for the response. The report is a bit all over the place. But if the DM goes with the assessor that would be brilliant and I would be happy with that. I have issues with what's been written in regards to certain things showing the assessor doesn't really understand my disabilities and health conditions. The wait for a decision is horrible but I guess what will be will be and I have options and a mountain more evidence to send with MR if needs be.
