PIP assessment stopped due to needing help with communication
I had the assessment call and because of my fibromyalgia and dyslexia and my anxiety was really bad that morning they over herd my partner whispering in the background after I said he is here he is my registered carer, because of I was stuttering and taking to long to answer the questions and kept saying ouch my hands and back without knowing it and because of that inline with my partner trying to help me say my words they said, aswell as I was using my dyslexia pen read reader she cut me off and said “ im ever so sorry ive got to stop you there it’s only been 10 minutes in and from your partner having to remind you of things and you struggling I can’t go ahead because if you miss out any information you're pip that you are already on could get affected but please don’t see it as a bad thing as im a nurse so I know what you are going through and this happening will just prove how much you really need the help so please call up the pip number to ask for a assistance with my assessment for someone talk on your behalf “ so with that they said someone will come out to check why I need my partner to talk on my behalf. Now with me and my partner maybe breaking up I feel stuck what to do as I don’t have friends or family that could help me . I feel very lonely and frustrated because I feel like ive let myself down and shown myself how bad my disability’s really are :(

Hello @LouiseBB. You definitely haven't let yourself down, I'm sorry you felt this way. Did you receive an outcome for your PIP review?
