From your previous thread, it's really important to know whether your ESA includes the Severe Disability Premium.
The advice will differ depending on your answer.

In which case, as your ESA includes the SDP it's better to wait until the migration letter arrives.

I see you're also in the work related activity group and waiting on a decision on a review. For this reason it's even more important that you don't claim UC yet.

It says I have moved from the work related group to the support group

You've had the decision letter? if so that's great news. It will mean you'll be entitled to extra money from the date of the decision.
If your ESA includes SDP you still need to wait for the migration letter to claim UC unless a change of circumstances prompts a move in the meantime.

I'm confused, in a previous thread you said you were in the work related group and you're waiting for a decision on your review.

Support Group is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. The review date they give you is just a guide and it doesn't mean you'll be reviewed at that time. Reviews for those in the Support Group have been suspended for most people for a long time.
As your ESA includes the SDP then you do not need to claim UC until you receive the migration letter. If you do claim it before you receive that then you will be worse off financially.
