Pip appeal won July then today I received this

I have no idea what this means. I was awarded Pip after a year long battle. Then today out of the blue I received a Pip tribunal letter teir 1. I'm on enhanced and daily, and have been since July, should I be bothered or not? I don't want to phone them just in case they say they've made a mistake and that I shouldnt have had it.? thanks in advance.

Did the DWP make you an offer before having to go to the Tribunal?

It's not very clear but appears to say that the first appeal was cancelled because you can't appeal before doing a mandatory reconsideration. But it also goes on to say that the second appeal has been cancelled, which makes it look like the DWP didn't take it all the way to tribunal?
