Awarded LCWRA. So happy! But I do have a question.

Hey all.

I have been awarded limited capability for work and work related activity.

I'm so happy and relieved.

My only question is....

It states I'll be paid 3 months from my sick note but I never had sick notes. I went from limited capability for work to limited capability for work and work related activity.

Is the waiting time still 3 months?

When you move from LCW to LCWRA the 3 months wait doesn't apply.

You get the LCWRA amount from either the date of the WCA if it was requested by UC. Or the date you put in a change of circumstances which triggered a WCA.
