Hi I dont no if any of e could shed a light. I was awarded pip and have had back date pip and my first payment. Uc has lifted my benifit cap and recalculated my claim I have had 2 payments since. But my question is will I get the cap backdated, and is there any one who has had it backdated. Do I need to do anything to get it granted.

The benefit cap will be lifted from the start of your PIP award. You said your claim has been recalculated but what exactly have they recalculated? Before they can pay any money that's owed they will need to recalculate your past statements.
