There will only be an assessment report if your file was sent to the assessment providers and not all review forms are. I had a very recent paper based decision and my file wasn't sent to them, so there was no assessment report.

They made their decision based on my form and additional evidence I sent.

Ah thank you for that. I think that is what they have done with me too as it’s very recent. The review form was on my previous diagnosis and the evidence was on my new diagnosis so I think I should not ask as it’s causing me anxiety. Thanks Poppy.

Congrats on the renewal @sashtom79 🙂 Did you agree with the award you were given?

I would have liked enhanced mobility as I have a moderate cognitive impairment but only found out 2 weeks ago and would have sent the letter the consultant wrote but the review was complete and don’t want to take it further in case my award gets jeopardised. Got enhanced care and standard mobility. What do you think? It’s for four years and was paper based.

PIP isn't about a diagnosis. Whether it's possible to score more points needed for Enhanced mobility will depend on how your conditions affect you. You haven't given any information for anyone to be able to advise further.

You can get some expert advice from an agency near you.

thanks for that. Will keep that in mind for when I do the next review.
I got a missed caller Id not known call could this be from DWP as my support worker said I was deaf in one ear when actually I’m not I’m severely deaf as stated in my evidence and they have already started the first payment should I be worried? Thanks

DWP do not ring from withheld numbers. If they call it would be a 0800 number.

That could indeed be another caller, not the DWP @sashtom79. We are unable to say if you will get more points on a review, as Poppy mentions it would be best to talk to an adviser.
