Hi guys I have a scenario to ask about please 🥺

I recently applied for PIP.
Had telephone assessment just over a week ago.
Rang for a copy of assessors report . Whilst on the phone and automated voice asked for date of birth and postcode...then asked last 4 digits of the story where the PIP payments go in to ... Then asked the amount of my last payment ....I don't currently have PIP so entered zero ...
The automated system stated that my next payment will be in Nov 26th and it will be 737.20 how can this be as I haven't received any notice of an award or letter ?? Confused 🤔 can anyone help? Please x

Hi @Dawnydawn and welcome to the community.
The automated line is notoriously incorrect at times, so I'd try not to pay attention to it too much. You'd usually be waiting a couple of months before the assessors will decide if you get an award or not. It seems awfully quick to have awarded anything? Maybe someone else has some better ideas.1
