i need help please
if i receive carers allowance... do i need fill form Capability for Work uc50

No, you don't need to. As a carer you have no work commitments anyway. Carers allowance is just deducted in full from any UC entitlement, you need to make sure your UC includes carers element.
If you did return the form and are found to have LCWRA then this and carers element can't be paid to the same person. In this case you would receive the higher element only, which is LCWRA.
